  • Our course includes 12 classes to teach you how to achieve a partner-coached, unmedicated childbirth. With the On-Demand version, you can go through it at your own pace, as slowly or as quickly as you’d like! We suggest a weekly pace in order to integrate the techniques into your labor practice sessions. Each class builds on the last one, so practice is so important! Regardless of your timeline, this course will equip and empower you for your desired birth.


  • Yes, any expecting parent will benefit from this course, even if you don’t plan to have a natural childbirth. Our course offers valuable knowledge and skills that can make a significant difference in your birthing journey. By learning about the physiological process of labor, pain management techniques, and effective communication, you'll be better equipped to make informed choices, reduce anxiety, and potentially decrease the need for medical interventions. You’ll also learn about baby care, breastfeeding and postpartum preparation, so you won’t have to take multiple birth classes.

  • In his book, “Husband-Coached Childbirth,” Dr. Robert Bradley developed a natural approach to childbirth. His approach emphasized deep relaxation, natural breathing techniques, and informed decision-making. Our course incorporates these principles, helping you and your partner work together to achieve a positive and fulfilling childbirth experience.

  • We've shifted to On-Demand classes for more flexibility with LIVE virtual group sessions. However, we offer a hybrid version with in-person sessions in San Diego- contact us directly to get started!

  • Absolutely! You can absolutely take the course even if you don't have a partner. There are many reasons why any loved one can provide great support during this transformative experience, such as physical and emotional support and advocacy. Whether it's a family member, friend, or doula, having a trusted companion by your side can make all the difference in your birth experience.

  • Check with your FSA/HSA plan administrator to determine if your insurance provider reimburses childbirth education. If you qualify, follow the claim submission process and make sure to keep your receipt of purchase of the course.
